Museum of Pop Culture

A new brand identity for the Museum of Pop Culture reflects its mission to celebrate creativity and explores how pop culture is constantly evolving. Designed around constant reinvention, the system centers on a dynamic wordmark—bespoke letterforms inspired by music, film, gaming, fashion, and art. The identity spans marketing, merchandise, visitor materials, and environmental graphics, with bold social content extending the brand online. A supporting campaign of posters and out-of-home placements reintroduced MoPOP as a vibrant, future-facing platform. As an experimental extension of the project, a custom AI model trained on cultural letterforms allowed MoPOP to engage the evolving conversation around generative tools and authorship.
